1. Who I Am & About This Website
Welcome to innunext.com. This website is the personal engineering portfolio of Inayat Ali (Founder & Principal Full-Stack Mobile/Web Engineer at InnuNext Technologies). I work directly with startup founders, product teams, and businesses worldwide to design, build, audit, and maintain mobile apps (React Native / Expo) and web platforms (Next.js / Node.js).
This Privacy Policy explains in clear, straightforward terms what information is collected when you visit this website or contact me about a project, how it is used, and how it is kept safe.
2. Information You Share With Me
I only collect information that you voluntarily choose to share when reaching out to discuss a project or collaboration:
- Contact & Project Inquiry Details: When you fill out the contact form, send an email, or message me on WhatsApp/LinkedIn, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company name, estimated budget/timeline, and project requirements.
- Project Collaboration Files: If we move forward with a code audit or development engagement, you may share Figma designs, technical documentation, repository access, or test credentials so I can perform the requested work.
- Basic Website Preferences: This website uses your browser’s local storage solely to remember your preferred visual theme (Light Mode or Dark Mode) and audio toggle preference so the site looks and feels the way you like.
3. How I Use Your Information
The information you provide is used strictly for clear, expected business purposes:
- Responding to Your Inquiry: Replying to your messages, answering technical questions, and preparing clear architecture roadmaps or project estimates.
- Delivering Engineering Work: Building, testing, auditing, deploying, and maintaining your mobile or web software according to our agreed milestones.
- Invoicing & Bookkeeping: Creating invoices or milestone contracts through trusted platforms (such as Stripe, Wise, Deel, Upwork, or Contra) and keeping standard accounting records.
- Website Security & Reliability: Standard, anonymized server logs (hosted via Google Firebase Hosting) help keep the site fast, reliable, and protected against automated spam or denial-of-service traffic.
4. Protecting Your App Ideas, Code & Confidentiality (NDA)
When you share an unreleased app concept, startup roadmap, or private GitHub repository with me, I treat it with strict professional confidentiality:
- Mutual NDA Ready: I am happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share sensitive product documentation or source code.
- Secure Development Environment: All client codebases, environment variables, and API keys are handled on encrypted development machines protected by strong authentication and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.
- Clean Handover: Once your project or audit completes, temporary access tokens can be revoked at your discretion, and all custom code remains in your organization’s repositories.
5. Cookies & Third-Party Services
I keep third-party services on this portfolio to an absolute minimum:
- No Ad Networks: I do not run third-party advertisements or sell visitor browsing data to data brokers.
- Trusted Infrastructure Providers: This site is delivered over encrypted HTTPS via Google Firebase Hosting. If you pay an invoice or book a contract through platforms like Stripe, Wise, Upwork, or Contra, your payment details are handled directly by those PCI-compliant providers—I never see or store your raw credit card numbers.
6. Your Privacy Rights (View, Update, or Delete Your Data)
Whether you are based in the United States, the European Union (GDPR), the United Kingdom, the Middle East, or anywhere else globally, you have full control over your personal information:
- Ask What I Have: You can request a copy of any contact details or inquiry messages you have sent me.
- Update Your Info: You can ask me to update your contact details at any time.
- Request Deletion: If we decide not to work together and you would like me to delete your inquiry emails, files, or shared documents, simply send me a quick email and I will permanently remove them right away.
7. Direct Contact Information
