Terms of Use & Client Working Principles
Last Updated: October 2026 · Plain-English & Transparent Edition
I believe legal terms should be simple, fair, and easy to understand—not buried in confusing jargon. When we work together, you get transparent milestone pricing, direct daily/weekly communication with me, and 100% ownership of your custom source code upon milestone completion.
All custom source code, UI components, and backend schemas belong exclusively to you upon milestone payment.
Every project starts with a written scope, transparent pricing, and testable milestones before you pay.
Includes a dedicated review & bug-fix window after each milestone so you can test with full confidence.
1. Overview & Purpose of This Website
Welcome to innunext.com, the personal portfolio website of Inayat Ali (Founder & Senior Full-Stack Mobile/Web Engineer at InnuNext Technologies). By browsing this website or reaching out to work with me, you agree to these straightforward Terms of Use.
If you hire me for a specific software development project, code audit, or monthly maintenance retainer, we can also sign a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or contract via Upwork, Contra, Deel, or direct agreement tailored to your company’s needs.
2. Engineering Services Offered
As an independent Senior Engineer, I partner directly with clients to deliver:
- End-to-End Mobile App Development: Production-grade iOS and Android applications built with React Native, Expo (New Architecture), TypeScript, and smooth 60 FPS animations.
- Full-Stack Web Platforms & Admin Portals: Responsive web applications, SaaS dashboards, and APIs built with Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Supabase, and Firebase.
- Codebase Audits & Performance Rescue: Deep technical reviews of existing repositories to fix crashes, memory leaks, slow startup times, and broken third-party integrations.
- Release Management & Ongoing Retainers: Hands-on preparation for Apple App Store and Google Play submissions, OTA updates, SDK upgrades, and long-term maintenance.
3. 100% Intellectual Property (IP) & Code Ownership
Your Product Belongs to You: Upon payment of each agreed milestone or invoice, 100% of the intellectual property rights and ownership for the custom code, UI screens, database schemas, and documentation written specifically for your project transfer directly to you (the Client).
- Direct GitHub / GitLab Access: Code is committed cleanly and regularly to your repository with clear documentation so your team is never locked in.
- Portfolio Showcase Permission: Unless we have signed an NDA or you prefer stealth mode, I may showcase general non-confidential screenshots and a summary of the public app in my portfolio after launch. If your project is confidential/stealth, just let me know and I will never publish it.
4. Transparent Milestones, Reviews & Bug-Fix Guarantee
To keep every project smooth, predictable, and risk-free for both sides, engagements follow a clear workflow:
- Written Scope & Milestones: Before any development begins, we agree on the feature list, timeline, and milestone breakdown in writing.
- Live Test Builds (TestFlight / APK / Staging URL): For every milestone, I provide a live testable build or walkthrough video so you can experience the progress firsthand on your device.
- 7-Day Review & Bug-Fix Window: After each milestone is delivered, you have a full 7-day review window to test all delivered features. Any bugs or adjustments within the agreed milestone scope are fixed promptly at zero extra cost.
5. App Store & Google Play Submissions
I follow Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), App Store Review Guidelines, and Google Play Developer Policies carefully, and I have successfully launched and updated 15+ production apps on both stores.
Because final store approval and policy decisions rest with Apple Inc. and Google LLC, no developer can ethically promise a “100% automatic approval guarantee” (for example, if a business model or account verification is flagged by Apple/Google). However, I provide full hands-on technical support during the submission process—including configuring certificates, privacy manifests, store listings, and resolving technical reviewer feedback until your build complies with technical guidelines.
6. Third-Party Services & Fair Responsibility
Modern mobile and web apps often connect to third-party services such as Firebase, Supabase, AWS, Stripe, RevenueCat, Google Maps, or OpenAI.
- Third-Party Accounts: Direct usage fees or subscriptions for third-party cloud hosts, APIs, or developer accounts (e.g., Apple Developer Program $99/yr, Google Play Console $25) are owned and maintained directly by the Client so you always retain full control of your infrastructure.
- Fair Liability Principle: I take utmost care in engineering secure, well-tested software. In the unlikely event of any service dispute, both parties agree to work together in good faith to resolve the issue quickly, and any financial liability is fairly limited to the amount paid for the specific milestone in question, without either party being liable for external third-party cloud outages or indirect consequential damages.
7. Friendly Communication & Contact Details
The best engineering partnerships are built on clear, honest communication. If you ever have a question about a project scope, timeline, NDA, or custom contract, reach out anytime:
